Fatherhood 499
The girls were very excited about Thanksgiving – so was I, if only because it meant I got a four-day weekend. ;P Any holiday is exciting to a kid, even if it’s mostly focused on food, but they were really ecstatic about finally getting to go full-on with the Christmas decorations. They’ve been listening to Christmas music since Halloween (in their room, with the volume down because I ain’t listening to it that early), and they were ready to jump right into it. So, now we can finally unleash the holiday spirit. Not sure I’m ready for it.
I’m wearing my blue-eyed wolf because winter (unfortunately) is coming, and Arwyn is rocking the Paw Patrol hoodie to keep warm (she’s either too hot or too cold; there is no “just right”). Kia’s wearing her black, velvet dress that she wanted to wear for Thanksgiving; I suspect because she can twirl in it while she’s dancing around to Christmas music.
