It was just typical Michigan weather, really. Give us a taste of spring, then as soon as we start to enjoy it, smack us in the face with a snowball. Soooo sick of snow. Of course, the crappy weather is why the Christmas lights were still up; got the inflatables down in early January before the weather hit its worst, but the rest had to wait. Stacy figured we could use the extra colour and cheer, anyway, so it worked. As for the kids? They just enjoyed running around on the grass – even they’re ready for some spring! Both the weather and the flowers. 🙂
My shirt asks the time-honoured question “I’m out of bed and dressed, what more do you want?” Seriously, keep your expectations realistic, please. Stacy’s wearing a nice sweater/vest thing because it’s frickin’ cold again, and the girls are dressing warm, as well. Kia’s got her Ghibli animation “colour streaks” shirt, while Arwyn is wearing her own adorable Tee Turtle shirt, which notes “I’m harmless, I swear.” Hah.
