Fatherhood

Kia likes looking at bugs (not spiders, those are different), but she’s still very picky about which ones she’ll touch.  Fireflies actually have a chance of being acceptable.  Arwyn?  Well, she has limits, but as long as she knows it won’t hurt her, she’s fine with them.  Except spiders because, again, those are different.  She does think that wolf-spiders are cute, but I think that’s just influence from videos of Lucas the spider.  Anyway, the bug motel thing started last year and was quickly opened back up when the weather got nice.  They build floors out of sticks and stuff.

I’m wearing my self-created Blackhole Sun shirt (which is, unfortunately, very faded in reality), and Stacy’s wearing flowers of purple and white on black because flowers.  The girls are both wearing rainbow tie-dye shirts they got from their Aunt Laurie after her trip down to ‘Bama.  The girls are not likely to miss a chance to wear rainbows.
