Fatherhood

The longer you carry Kia (or Arwyn, for that matter), the stronger the effect of gravity on them.  She starts off at 35 pounds or so, but she’s sixty after about five minutes and increasing exponentially.  With that in mind, we’ll sometimes scoop her up in different ways when we’re only bringing her a short distance, like going out to the car, and that’s where this conversation started.  I tell you, the most hilarious and amazing things come out of that girl’s mouth.  😉
