Fatherhood

Kia was really good about her please and thank yous when she was younger, but she fell out of the habit at some point, and we’ve been pushing hard on reminding her about it.  Sometimes I’m pretty direct about it, sometimes I’m more subtle and just leave her to ponder what she’s missing to get what she wants.  She usually figures it out… eventually.  With some prodding, at times.

I’ve got my Nightmare Before Christmas/Back to the Future mash-up shirt on, while Arwyn is wearing one of her many Minnie Mouse moutfits – sorry, the alliteration got the better of me.  ;P  Anyway, this one features her cat, Figaro, who you can see, while Minne’s hiding behind the table.  Kia’s dress is a grandma special, covered in a sea of flowers and owls.  Why?  Why not?  Though the better question is, of course, “who?”
