Fatherhood

Apparently, I’m not allowed to look at the girls when they’re calling for the other one, even if the other one isn’t responding at all, but is, instead, staring off into space or playing with a toy, and is completely oblivious to the first child.  I’ve also gotten a similar reaction when one of them calls for mommy, but I answer because she’s busy.  Well, excuuu-uuuse me!  And, for reference, I have to avoid actually saying “excuuuu-uuuuse me” to them, as I’m pretty sure Kia would throw it back at me by the next conversation.  Bloody parrots, I tell ya.

I’m wearing my “Blackhole Sun” design, while Arwyn’s sporting a Doc McStuffin’s t-shirt, and Kia’s rocking the overall shorts.  The shirt underneath it is a Star Wars shirt, featuring Vader and some Imperial Tie Fighters, which you can barely see anything of.  It’s also pretty big on her, which makes it seem like more of a dress, sometimes, so it gets matched with the overalls a lot.  Yes, you definitely needed to know that.
