Fatherhood

It’s weird, but the girls road that same roller-coaster last year, and while Kia was definitely tense to start with, she relaxed quite a bit by the end of the ride; Arwyn was having fun the whole time.  Still, they handled the other rides pretty well, and they were pretty happy once they settled in on the Ferris wheel.   Of course, just as we got them to relax up there, the wind picked up, and the temperature dropped to the point that it was no longer summer clothes appropriate.  Ah well, just an excuse for the girls to snuggle up against us.  🙂

I’m wearing a Mountain shirt which features a fiery dragon, and Stacy’s Mountain shirt has an archer angel – you’ll just have to use your imagination for most of them.  ;P   The girls are easier to see, with Kia’s shirt having a happy kitty with a bird perched on its head, and Arwyn’s shirt showcasing Minnie and Mickey Mouse and offering the advice to “Chillout.”  If she knew how to read, I’d have her read that shirt a lot.  🙂
