Fatherhood

I’ll also be making sure that my sword collection is on display.  I’m pretty sure that terrorizing new boyfriends is part of my fatherly duties – one that I’ll take immense pleasure in.  😉  Might need the mace for taking her around the festival next year, too.  We had a lot of shop owners ask if they could hold her, but Kia was shy at all the right times and kept snuggling into momma.  Sorry, but if a stranger asks to hold my daughter, the answer’s going to be no.

Just to point out, though:  I was carrying her as often as Stacy was and no one asked when I was holding her.  Maybe the growling and evil glares put them off?  ;P  (I wasn’t actually doing those… intentionally.)

New shirt for me!  It’s a Star Wars/300 mash-up that says “This.  Is.  ENDOR!”  It has a horde of ewoks shoving stormtroopers and stuff off a cliff.  It’s awesome.  Got it from othertees.com, which is a place that will only sell a design for two days.  They’ve got some cool nerd-culture designs, though.  Anyway, Stacy’s wearing her Faery Wisdom shirt, which should really include “touch the wings and you die,” and Kia’s looking her uber-cute self in a lovely blue dress and leggings.
