When I say “she let’s us know,” I’m kind of stretching the truth. Basically, she stands in front of the potty and makes grunting noises to get our attention. On occasion, she’ll actually open it up, and pull down her own pants, but a lot of her dresses make that difficult for her; she can’t hold up the dress and pull down her pants at the same time. Toddler problems, y’know? Anyway, she caught onto the concept really quick, she just needs to work on giving us a little better warning. We’re trying to teach her to say “potty,” but while she’s got some words down pat, I think she refused to learn that one just to spite us.
I’m wearing an X-Files shirt from Lootcrate.com, which is doubly awesome for the fact that it glows in the dark. Stacy’s keeping it a little more elegant with a lacey-sleeved, purple shirt (Purple? Her? No way!), and Arwyn’s rockin’ the Doc McStuffin’s shirt, which is something of a trend for both the girls.
