Fatherhood

Apparently, I need to get Kia a shirt that says “It’s a Kia thing; you wouldn’t understand.”  And why should we?  She doesn’t really understand it, herself.  I’m not sure if anyone ever told her the “step on a crack and break your mother’s back” thing – I didn’t – but maybe it’s just something that kids instinctively know, y’know?  I can’t really complain, since I still find myself stepping to avoid lines on tiles and such.  Why?  Why not?  It’s a Tom thing; you wouldn’t understand.  ;P

I’m wearing my Cylon shirt, which says “By your command…” up in the corner there, and Stacy’s sporting a purple faerie of purpleness.  Kia’s keeping the character theme going with a Secret Life of Pets shirt (which I haven’t even seen, yet), while Arwyn’s got a big blue “S” for Squirmy-butt… or Supergirl, maybe.  Probably more the former, though.
