Fatherhood

Sometimes, the conversations that I overhear can be almost disturbing when taken out of context.  On the plus side, Kia’s grasp of concepts such as two-dimensional versus three-dimensional is actually pretty solid; she can tell us the difference between a square and a cube, circle and sphere (now, at least ;P ), etc.  Not bad for an almost-six-year-old, right?  Also on the plus side, she unknowingly puts out some awesome one-liners.  😉

Stacy’s wearing her shirt of purpley sparkliness +2, while Kia’s kickin’ it geek-style with her flip-sequin Star Wars shirt.  The flipping sequins seems to be a big thing right now, and the girls love them because they can play with the pictures on their shirts.  Warmth and entertainment combined; total win-win.
