The nonchalant manner in which she said it made it even better.  So, yeah, thanks, Laurie, for being such a great bad example to the girls.  Anyway, after that she left the boy to his self-burial and went back to playing.  Or, for those of us on the inside of the joke would say, she walked away passively.

My shirt says “Only dumb people read this shirt,” but it’s written upside down, which means the person wearing it can most easily read it.  Let’s hear it for self-defacing humour!  (But, hey, at least I get the joke!)  Kia’s wearing a shirt from Mooville, which is a local dairy farm and ice cream place – not the same dairy farm that we went to on her field trip, though.
