Fatherhood 467
We had a couple of really warm days, during which the bugs went nuts. The bees were buzzing and the ants were swarming out onto the garden wall. No surprise, since they’d been cooped up all winter, so they were as excited to get out in the sunshine as anyone else! And now it’s snowing again. Pure f’n Michigan. Anyway, the girls were both intrigued by the mass of ants milling about, but Arwyn was more fascinated and Kia was more, well, freaked out. I successfully distracted her. 😀
The girls are showing off their Easter dresses, which they received from the big Bunny himself. Both included mesh skirts over their leggings, with Kia’s going the pastel unicorn route, while Arwyn’s is rainbow and a mess of sequins in a heart-shaped plastic pouch (which shake around when she jumps). Me? I’m wearing my Easter best, too, with a new shirt that explains “T-rex hates CPR. That’s why the dinosaurs are extinct.” I love it. Also, yes, that’s about the best it gets for Easter from me. 😉
