Fatherhood

Gobble Gobble Day has come and gone, which puts officially into the Christmas season.  My mom’s hanging out with us through the weekend, so perhaps by the end of it the girls will be willing to give her some personal space, but for now she has to sit in the middle of the couch because they both want to sit right next to her.  Also, it should be noted that Kia is nearly as tall as my mom, now.  Give her another year or so and Kia will be calling her short, too.  😉

I’m getting prepped for the season with my Firefly holiday sweater, and Stacy’s dressing up nice for the holiday in her green blouse.  My mom is wearing a sweatshirt with a cardinal (bird) on it, along with a small child on each arm.
