Fatherhood

Kia is officially tall enough that she doesn’t need a booster seat, and we let Laurie be the first to drive her around like that.  To say that Kia is ecstatic about it is still an understatement.  Arwyn is jealous, but she’ll get over it.  In a couple years, if nothing else.  ;P  Also, if you haven’t heard of Royal Bliss, you need to check out their music, because they’re fantastic and highly underrated.

I’m wearing a Firefly-themed shirt that notes that it’s “Time for some thrilling heroics” while Stacy’s got a Mountain brand shirt featuring a unicorn and castle.  The girls are wearing the shirts that they got from the Detroit Zoo, with Arwyn’s showing a little lemur “LOVE” and Kia’s kitty rainbow says “I love tigers.”
