Fatherhood

Now, I don’t do much in the way of “fancy” cooking (ie. something needing a recipe 😛 ), but I do a fair bit of meal prep.  Mostly from frozen or on the grill, but hey… it still counts.  I don’t, however, do the grocery shopping very often.  That used to be a family thing up until the pandemic, but Stacy started running solo after that; at first just to get out of the house, but then she found out it went faster without the kids “helping.”  😉  Oh, and peameal bacon is fantastic.

My shirt proudly proclaims “I didn’t claw my way up the food chain to eat vegetables” with silhouettes of various animals all around it.  Arwyn’s shirt also features images of many kinds of animals, but her’s are shaped into a heart because she loves all the critters.  I love them, too, I just love some of them with a side of French fries.  😀  Stacy’s got on her Supermom shirt because she literally brings home the bacon… but only because I love bacon.  She doesn’t care for it.
