Fatherhood

The weather was great, the girls had a blast at both the park’s playground and the bouncy-houses they had there, plus they got to hang out with a very lovey puppy.  Athena is a sweetheart, albeit a very energetic one.  We don’t buy too much art at the show, these days – we’re tight on wallspace, so it would have to be perfect for us to put it up – but we did get a couple of things, and the girls each got a book from a self-publisher.  I’m always happy to support small-time authors.

Anywho, I’m wearing a Mountain-brand wolf shirt, who also counts as a “puppy,” while Arwyn has “GIRL PWR” on the pocket of her pink shirt.  Kia’s shirt features a shark and says “This is my happy face.”  You should’ve seen the smile she gave me when posing for the picture; it was so creepy-derpy that it made the shirt even funnier than the shark.  Definitely keeping that one for showing off when she’s older.
