On days when we’re not pushing them – be they weekends, holidays, or whatever – they could be “working on” getting dressed for a good half-hour. “Almost” could mean anything from one sock on to one sock left to put on, soit could really be anything. It’s much the same as when they’re cleaning their room or getting ready to shower. A common response is “define ‘almost.’” They exist in vagueness, and this is why you have to push for specifics from kids. Who am I kidding? You need to push for specifics from adults, too.
My Firefly-themed shirt says “It’s a real burden being right so often.” It truly is. Stacy’s keeping cool with lacey sleeves of purple, and Arwyn is wearing her cat-face patterned dress. Kia’s is a Panama City Beach shirt that she got from her aunt, featuring a dolphin and a heartbeat design.
