The kids had a great time, as did the adults!  We had a fire, roasted hotdogs (and made inappropriate jokes about doing so while the kids were off playing), had s’mores, and chilled out.  The kids, on the other hand, were non-stop right up until bedtime (and then some).  Stayed up a little later than normal, took a while to settle down, then woke up bright and early the next morning.  Oh, and we hung some bedsheets from the basement ceiling to give them a tent-like feeling to the sofa cushion fort that they slept in.  If you don’t know how awesome cushion forts are… were you ever really a kid?
Not that you can see much of it, but I’m wearing my Optimus Prime Tron-pose shirt, while Stacy’s looking great in blue-over-black.  Kia’s got on her “Adopt a Cathulhu” shirt, which is a stark contrast to Arwyn’s Frozen “Adventure” shirt, but that suits, as their imaginations have no limits.
